Bleeding is a Language I Online Workshop
Bleeding Is a Language is a live online workshop rooted in ancestral wisdom and embodied awareness, inviting women to reconnect with their menstrual cycle as a form of communication rather than something to suppress or push through.
Our bleeding is not random. It carries messages about unprocessed emotions, intuition, creativity, nourishment, stress, and survival patterns stored in the womb and body.
In this workshop we will explore:
• The menstrual cycle as a living language
• Emotional and energetic themes connected to each phase
• How stress trauma and suppression impact the womb
• Nourishment through food herbs and cyclical living
• Reframing pain PMS and irregular cycles through a holistic lens
• Tools for self inquiry embodiment and cycle awareness
